Michael Lohan slams Lindsay's ex-bodyguard

Lindsay Lohan's dad has hit out against the actress' ex -bodyguard who claimed that her parents' negligent and wild ways have contributed to the young star's current health and legal problems.

In an interview to In Touch, Tony Almeida said both Michael and Dina Lohan were 'wild, abusive, neglectful partiers'.

Michael slammed Almeida's statements and said that the latter is a 'desperate and disgruntled employee who will do anything for money'.

He added that the bodyguard himself has been neglecting his own family and is a drug addict.

"It is sad to say but Tony Almeida is a desperate and disgruntled employee who is destitute and will do anything for money. In doing this he has violated a confidentiality agreement which proves is lack of integrity," OK! Magazine quoted him, as saying.

"Furthermore he is a man who is passing the buck because it is he who has neglected his disable son and entire family in Brazil for 20 years. How can he castigate myself and the members of my family about illegal drug use when he uses steroids that fuel his own rage (perhaps even worse than the rage he attributes to me)? Yet again, this is an instance of someone living off Lindsay and our family for their own personal gain,' he added.

Insisting that the dejected bodyguard has got very 'creative', Michael also denied other claims made by Almeida including, that he had beaten up the 'Mean Girls' star, and that the starlet has been cash cow for her parents.

He also refuted Almeida's claims that they allowed the 21-year-old to share a room with her then beau Aaron Carter, for he could help her music career.

"To address his 'stalking' claim, I never entered Lindsay's property in LA. Tony knows that, but now that he is dejected and in dire straits he has gotten very 'creative.' Lindsay had a secure trust fund up until the age of 18, again a time I was separated from my family, so how could we have lived off Lindsay? Up until that time I supported my family in every conceivable capacity. Records will prove, I never took one red cent from Lindsay directly or indirectly, nor did I ever touch Lindsay or any of my children," he said.

"As I have admitted I slapped Dina once in 1989 and I have truly regretted it ever since. Tony never saw me doing cocaine because I was not doing it at that time. I have a video of Lindsay's entire sweet 16 which shows that she only drank juices and soft drinks. During the time Lindsay was with Aaron, Dina and I were always around; we even had a federal agent, who is a friend of mine, as security for Lindsay and Aaron. Not once was it ever reported to us that any drinking, drugs or promiscuity ever took place.

"Tony is a desperate man who is struggling to make ends meet any way he can. Lindsay was never afraid of me. If anything she turned to me when she had problems. Tony only had known me for 2 years, much of which I was not around him or Lindsay, so how can he judge me or my relationship with my children."

Is Paris Hilton Changing? Paris Hilton sure is looking swell

Forget crop circles and the Bermuda triangle, the real mystery of our times is how Paris Hilton manages to transform her barely there chest to va-va-voom cleavage.

The 26-year-old took to Malibu beach - her favourite hang-out since leaving prison almost two months ago - in a plunging one-piece suit that revealed very buxom looking bust. The heiress has said she considered having breast implants as a teenager, and even begged her parents for permission to go under the knife, but was eventually
talked out of it.

She has said: "Years ago, I asked my dad for a boob job and he said it would cheapen my image."

Perhaps her increased décolletage is just thanks to old fashioned push-up bra trickery. The star joined Entourage actor Adrian Grenier on the sand to film a segement for a program on celebrities and paparazzi, according to reports.

Hilton's television career recently hit a bump - The Simple Life, the reality television series she stars in alongside Nicole Richie - has been cancelled in the US.

Hilton is already supporting Richie's next project - motherhood.

She said: "I know she's going to be the best mom ever."

Paris stares at pictures of herselfelf

Lounging round on a Malibu beach with her pet chihuahua for company while admiring pictures of herself can only mean one thing.

It's another day in the life of Paris Hilton of course.

Proving she's her own biggest fan, Hilton, 26, cuddled pet pooch Tinkerbell as she flicked through fashion folders containing pictures of herself from a recent photoshoot.

She may have claimed "there's more to me than what people think" following her 23-day stint in jail - yet the heiress has done little to dispel the perception of her as a round-the-clock party girl who spends most days topping up her tan. However in fairness to Hilton, she has stayed true to her recent vow to devote more time to charitable causes.

In the evening, she swapped her bikini top and shorts, for a more glamorous look as she attended a party in west Hollywood benefitting the Heal the Bay charity.

The environmental organisation is concerned with preventing the Santa Monica Bay area from being used as a dumping site. On release from jail in June for violating probation in a drink-drive case, Hilton vowed partying would no longer be the "mainstay" of her life.

"It was a journey to figure out myself and who I am and what I want to do. There's so much more to me than what people think."

"I have a new outlook on life," said Hilton.

Bodyguard: Blame Lindsay Lohan's parents

If Lindsay Lohan’s life is a train wreck, she’s got no one to blame but her parents. So says LiLo’s former bodyguard Tony Almeida in the latest issue of In Touch.

“Lindsay was a very sweet and talented kid, but she didn’t stand a chance against her parents and the Hollywood system,” he told the magazine.

Sex, drugs and suicide attempts — according to Tony, Lindsay tried it all while underage and under the neglectful watch of her legal guardians, Mom and Dad, the story reports.Even when her soon-to-be absentee daddy, Michael, did pay attention to Lindsay’s bad behavior, the punishment was worse than the crime.

Annoyed with Lindsay’s late-night whining, the magazine reports that “Michael slammed on the brakes and dragged her out of the car, pushed her up on the hood, screamed at her and called her a slut,” Tony recalls. “I got in the middle of it and pulled him off.”

Like the stand-up dad he is, Michael claims ignorance of the incident. Still, Pops Lohan told In Touch, “If I did do it, if that’s the worst anyone can say about me, then it’s not too bad.” Now that’s fatherly advice you can take to rehab.

Paris Hilton biographer thrilled with her jail stint!

Paris Hilton's biographer cannot believe his luck, for the socialite's 23-days jail term has brought a twist to his till-now insipid literary work on her.

Chas NewKey-Burden is tracking the socialite's life as part of a book deal

The biographer said that the socialite's stint in the slammer for driving on a suspended license seems 'great' from the point of view of the author.

"I've nothing against Paris Hilton and I admire a lot about her, but from the point of view of an author, it was great,' Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.

"Then she came out but then the judge said 'No, we're going to put her back inside.' That night I sat there wondering what I'd done to deserve such luck," he added.

Ex-simple life inspire jail-based porn film

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie have inspired a jail-based porn film.

X-rated movie 'Paris and Nicole Go to Jail' will feature characters based on the law-breaking 'The Simple Life' stars who serve time in jail together.

Paris and Nicole will be played by porn stars Sindee Jennings and Aubrey Addams in the film which is out in September.

The pair learn "that life is different on the inside, and at first have trouble adapting, but soon learn how to get things in prison by becoming friendly with the warden, the guards, the inmates."

Paris, 26, recently served 23 days at Lynwood's Century Regional Detention Facility for driving with a suspended licence.

Nicole, 25, has been sentenced to four days behind bars after pleading guilty to driving under the influence.

Nicole, the adopted daughter of Lionel Richie, is four months pregnant with Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden's baby and has chosen to serve her time at the same jail which housed Paris.

She must complete her sentence before September 28.

Britney Spears 'dying' to be Paris' pal again

She once dumped Paris Hilton in a bid to salvage her image, but now Britney Spears seems to be desperate to rekindle her friendship with the hotel heiress.

According to a friend of Hilton, the 'Toxic' is keen on renewing her alliance with Paris, and is even trying to get a hold of the socialite's mobile phone number.

"Britney's dying to hang out with Paris. She's trying to get her cell phone number and passing messages to her through other friends," Life and Style quoted the friend, as saying.

However, the friend added that the 'Simple Life' star is not willing to pay any heed to Spears' efforts, as she no longer wants to be associated with the troubled pop tart.

"Paris moved on a long time ago when it comes to Britney. She feels sorry for her, but that's as far as it goes!" the friend said.

Spears became close to Paris after filing for divorce from estranged husband Kevin Federline in November last year, but cut all ties with the jailbird in April after realising that their hard partying was harming her image.

Rehab life for Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan has to clean her own toilet in rehab.

The 'Mean Girls' star was admitted to Utah's Cirque Lodge on Sunday where patients are assigned cleaning duties as part of their treatment programme.

Former patient Jane P. - who checked out of the facility on Tuesday - has revealed to The Insider the daily routine Lindsay, 21, has to follow along with the other 12 patients - six men and six women.

The troubled star is woken at 6 a.m. and at 6:30 a.m. embarks on a river hike followed by meditation before breakfast is served at 8 a.m.

At 8:30 a.m., Lindsay is assigned cleaning duties which include cleaning her room and her toilet.

The patients must take part in group meetings at 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. to discuss the day.

A talk is given each day at 10am and between 1pm and 4pm the patients must take part in activities including horseback riding or gardening - which Lindsay did on Tuesday.

Spa treatments including massages and pedicures are also available.

After dinner, patients must take part in a group assignment and attend a 12-step programme meeting.

Those who don't participate in the group meetings and activities can lose privileges. Luxury snacks include pretzels, beef jerky, Gatorade and cereal bars.

Patients have an hour of free time before lights out at 11 p.m.

Jane P. claims Lindsay's arrival has been disruptive to the other patients as their phone calls are now being closely monitored - and their use of the computer has been suspended.

Jane P. claims Lindsay has been wearing large sunglasses all day and is not looking her best.

The 'Parent Trap' star - who is facing criminal charges including driving under the influence and narcotic possession - is also rumoured to be pregnant.

A source said, "This wouldn't be her first pregnancy scare."

Lindsay Lohan 'exposed to drugs' at 15

Mixing with drug peddlers isn't a habit that Lindsay Lohan developed recently, for her father has revealed that she was in contact with them when she was just 15.

Her father Michael Lohan revealed that they found that the starlet was being 'exposed to alcohol and drugs' after investigators tracked her following her move form New York to Hollywood.

"They said Lindsay was surrounded by criminal activity and was being exposed to alcohol and drugs," the Sun quoted Michael Lohan, as saying.

Michael; also claimed that his daughter's problems were covered up to protect her career.

The 'Mean Girls' star has not been in talking terms with her father, who has spent his days in prison during her pre-teen years.

Woody's Lessons for Lindsay Lohan

IF Lindsay Lohan wants to know just how difficult it could be to revive her imploding movie career, she should talk to Woody Allen, who was forced to jettison both Robert Downey Jr. and Winona Ryder from one of his movie projects.

In "Conversations With Woody Allen," out this October from Knopf, the famed director tells author Eric Lax he was desperate to cast Downey and Ryder in his 2002 flick, "Melinda and Melinda." But, "I couldn't get insurance on them . . . We couldn't get bonded. The completion bonding companies would not bond the picture unless we could insure them."

At the time, Downey was recovering from years of drug addiction, which included several arrests and jail time. Ryder was on the mend from her conviction on felony grand theft for shoplifting from a Beverly Hills store in 2001.

"The insurance companies are very prissy and sticky and gave us a hard time," Allen recalled. "We were heartbroken because I had worked with Winona before [on "Celebrity"] and thought she was perfect for this and wanted to work with her again. And I had always wanted to work with Bob Downey and always thought he was a huge talent."

When Allen was told the duo weren't acceptable, "the actors got upset with us, like we're the ones who made the decision. But I felt we're the ones getting screwed every bit as much as them."

Instead, the Woodman had to go with Will Ferrell and Radha Mitchell. The picture opened to mixed reviews. Downey eventually won back Hollywood's trust after he stayed sober and has starred in such hits as "Good Night, and Good Luck" and "Zodiac." Ryder also overcame her issues, is in just-released "The Ten" and has "Sex and Death 101" coming out in October.

Lohan now faces a similar uphill struggle. She's already been dropped from a Shirley MacLaine project, which ended up being shelved for the time being.

And the hard-partying star is due in a Santa Monica court Aug. 24 to face charges from her July 24 arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence and with a suspended license. She also faces previous DUI-related charges.
