If only she were hanging her head in shame- Paris Hilton is in the news once again for suing the Hallmark company for using her trademarked phrase "That's hot" in a card.

Well, it seems Paris Hilton is at it again with her latest stupid stunt. According to the Web site, starmagazine.com, Hilton is now suing Hallmark Cards, Inc.

The heiress has reportedly filed a suit claiming the company has used her likeness, as well as her signature phrase, "That's hot," without her consent.

You have to wonder how someone like this is even able to get up and get dressed in the morning without any help, when they are clearly incompetent. Paris, hello!

There are such things as fair use laws! This means that companies such as Hallmark can use parodies such as, "That's hot" without Hilton's consent, even if she does have it copyrighted.Besides, I'm sure more than just Hilton have used that phrase before.

That's hot, two words that are clearly common in the English language, and would just be absurd to have said together. I don't know if Hilton knows this or not, but when you use a phrase over and over again it doesn't make it yours, it just makes you redundant.

The lawsuit was filed on Sept. 6, and is seeking unspecified damages. Well, what could she get out of this? That nobody from now until the end of time is allowed to use her phrase?

It's people like her who think they are trend setters that really just make America as a whole just seem ridiculous.

Lindsay Lohan's 'New Man' Speaks Out

The man rumored to be Lindsay Lohan's new boyfriend has come clean about the relationship, revealing, "We're great friends."

Tony Allen befriended Lohan in the Utah rehab she checked into earlier this summer, and is believed to be the guy the actress has been cooing about in letters to friends.

Allen recently checked out of the Cirque Lodge facility and he's keen to set the record straight.

Speaking exclusively to news show Extra, he says, "We share a common affliction and we just talk about life sometimes."

Allen is also intent on helping his pal mend her image following reports that Lohan failed a drug test while she was in treatment.

He adds, "Positively, absolutely none of that is true... She's getting better every day."

Madonna and Britney Spears have been targeted as the spreaders of "Satanic culture."

The aggressive comments were launched by spokesman and senior leader of Palestinian terror group the Popular Resistance Committees, a group based in the Gaza Strip and responsible for the increase in shootings and bombings in the region.

Muhammad Abdel-Al is quoted in new book Schmoozing With Terrorists: From Hollywood To the Holy Land Jihadists Reveal Their Global Plans--To A Jew! attacks the two pop stars, labelling them "prostitutes."



Abdel-Al rants, "If I meet these whores I will have the honor--I repeat, I will have the honor--to be the first one to cut the heads off Madonna and Britney Spears if they will keep spreading their Satanic culture against Islam."

He continued, "If these two prostitutes keep doing what they are doing, we of course will punish them."

The comments have been made just as Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie prepare to celebrate the Jewish New Year with 2,000 Kabbalah followers in Israel.

Anderson Dating Paris Hilton's Playboy Ex?

The playboy who bedded Paris Hilton in the socialite's infamous sex tape has been revealed as the mystery poker player who stole Pamela Anderson's heart.

In a recent interview with talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres, Anderson revealed she had fallen for a poker player who offered to pay off her $250,000 gambling debt for a night of sex.

Anderson refused to name names, but candidly told DeGeneres that she eventually succumbed to the rich fan's offer, explaining, "It worked out, I liked it... I paid off a poker debt with sexual favors and fell in love. It's so romantic."

And new photos have caught the former Baywatch babe with 1 Night in Paris 'star' Rick Salomon, and friends of the actress/model insist he's the guy Anderson has fallen for.

One source tells Star magazine, "Pam is smitten with Rick," while another reveals, "They've been dating for several weeks."

The couple reportedly met around the poker table one night after Anderson's performance as part of illusionist Hans Klok's Las Vegas show.

Anderson and Salomon reportedly went public with their romance at Blush nightclub at the Wynn Las Vegas resort.

Lohan to Face Trial

Troubled star Lindsay Lohan will face trial over claims she was intoxicated when she crashed her car in West Hollywood in 2005.

The Mean Girls actress is being sued by motorist Raymundo Ortega, who claims Lohan had been drinking at celebrity hotspot The Ivy before crashing her Mercedes-Benz in October 2005.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael L. Stern rejected a motion that argued the lawsuit lacked legal sufficiency, and ordered the star to stand trial on April 7.

Ortega's attorney, Robert G. Klein, said outside court on Tuesday, "This case is about responsibility and she's not taking responsibility."

Lohan's attorney, David J. Ozeran, maintains there was no evidence that Lohan was intoxicated.

Paris Hilton has so many pets she has to employ a zoo keeper to look after them all.

The socialite has a menagerie of animals, including dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits and monkeys, and she allows most of them to roam free around her house.

Due to her busy schedule, Paris has a keeper who cares for her beloved beasts when she is away from them.

She told Elle magazine: "My animals make me really happy. I just love my pets. I have 11 dogs, three ferrets, two rabbits, two monkeys and three cats.

"The monkeys and ferrets are at my ranch, but the dogs and cats and bunnies run around my house. I have this guy, Eric, who's like a zoo keeper, and he's with them all the time. He loves them, and I love them, too. But since I work a lot I'm not always home."

Paris got into trouble with California's animal authorities when she bought a kinkajou during a trip to Las Vegas in 2005.

The 26-year-old star was eventually forced to give up the racoon-like pet, which she named Baby Luv, after it was deemed to be illegal to own as a pet.

The same year, Paris was also allegedly forced to return a baby kangaroo after having it flown to the US from Queensland, Australia.

Her pets include a Rottweiler called Tyson, Rascal the Ferret and her famous Chihuahuas Tinkerbell and Bambi.

Lindsay Lohan looked healthy in gym gear at a Utah clinic - as a driver was given the go-ahead to sue her over a road smash.

Raymundo Ortega claims Lohan, 21, was drunk when her Mercedes hit his van in 2005, but police concluded she was sober.

However, Ortega wants £125,000 compensation and an LA court has set a trial for April.

Mr Ortega claims the star was fleeing photographers and was drink-driving. But traffic police concluded at the time that Mr Ortega caused the accident by making an illegal U-turn. Lohan and a passenger sustained minor injuries.

Mr Ortega's lawyer, Robert G Klein, said outside court in Los Angeles: "This case is about responsibility and she's not taking responsibility".

Lohan's lawyer, David J. Ozeran, said there was no evidence that Lohan was intoxicated.

Last month, Lohan agreed to spend a day in jail and complete a drug treatment program after pleading guilty or no contest to misdemeanor drunken driving and cocaine charges stemming from arrests earlier this year in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

Meanwhile, Lohan was visited in rehab by her father Michael, their first meeting in three years.

Paris Hilton Outs Christina Aguilera: ‘The Most Beautiful Pregnant Woman’

Depending on who you talk to, pop star Christina Aguilera is anywhere between two and five months pregnant—unless, of course, you talk to the mama to be herself, in which case she’ll respond with a simple, ‘No comment’.

She may need to work up a new response after this weekend’s Video Music Awards, at which socialite Paris Hilton outed Aguilera, calling her “the most beautiful pregnant woman in the world” in front of a crowd full of people, according to People Magazine.

Most women would take it as a compliment—unless of course you’re also pregnant Nicole Richie, Hilton’s one time BFF—but Aguilera and hubby Jordan Bratman looked stunned. The two have yet to confirm Aguilera’s pregnancy.

According to E! Online, Aguilera and Bratman quickly recovered, sharing a laugh after and even paling around with Hilton, who was filmed touching Aguilera’s belly and smiling. Aguilera attended most of the VMA’s events in lose fitting clothing, a notable change from her traditional belly-baring attire.

Word of Aguilera’s alleged pregnancy began to spread in late July when the popstar was photographed out on the town on several occasions drinking water instead of alcohol. Aguilera was also photographed leaving numerous doctors appointments, including a visit with a top fertility specialist.

Aguilera had to halt her 'Back to Basics' World Tour in August in Australia when folks from her camp said the doctor ordered Aguilera to rest to recover from an undisclosed illness.
